Video: Rabbi Matondo arrives in Germany to finalise move from Man City to Schalke

Manchester City are set to sell one of their wonderkids, Rabbi Matondo, to Schalke, and the winger has this evening arrived in Germany to finalise his transfer.

English reports have the fee in the region of €13 million (£11.29 million), but German outlet BILD believes it will be closer to €7 million (£6.1 million), with City including a €30 million buy-back clause in the deal.

The 18-year-old arrived in Dusseldorf at 10.16pm local time tonight and met Schalke sporting director Christian Heidel there to begin his new adventure in Germany.

BILD captured some footage of the Wales international at the airport, with his move from City to the Bundesliga side now on the verge of completion.
