Burton Albion vs. Manchester City (Carabao Cup): Starting Lineups & TV Information (Poveda debuts)

Manchester City will be at Wembley for the Carabao Cup final next month against either Chelsea or Tottenham, but have to confirm that tonight against League One side Burton Albion.

City demolished Nigel Clough’s Burton in the first leg at the Etihad Stadium with a 9-0 scoreline, and unless of something that would redefine the old ‘Typical City’ term, have sealed passage to the final.

Tonight, Guardiola has made many changes to his side with the busy schedule in mind, but those who have been given a start tonight will want to impress the Catalan boss and push for more appearances.

Kevin Friend is this evening’s referee with Craig Pawson the Video Assistant Referee, and here are the lineups selected by Pep and his counterpart Clough:

Burton Albion XI: Collins, Akins (c), McFadzean, Turner, McCrory, Quinn, Wallace, Harness, Miller, Templeton, Boyce

Manchester City XI: Muric, Zinchenko, Sandler, Garcia, Danilo, Delph, Foden, De Bruyne, Poveda, Mahrez, Aguero (c)

The match can be viewed on Sky Sports Football in the UK. A full list of TV coverage across the world can be found here.
