Tosin Adarabioyo’s loan spell at West Brom could be cut short half a season early with his parent club Manchester City reportedly considering a recall after a reduction in his playing time lately.
The highly-rated 21-year-old was sent to The Hawthorns for more experience this season and although his stint there started well, Mason Holgate’s excellent form has led to Tosin spending more time out of the starting XI since December.
Tosin hasn’t played a full 90 minutes in England’s second tier since West Brom’s 2-0 win over Wigan on Boxing Day, although he did play the whole game against the same opposition in the FA Cup earlier this month.
According to Birmingham Live, the Blues are now seriously thinking of recalling the former England youth international before sending him to another Championship side, with several sure to be interested.
Adarabioyo has made 8 appearances for the Manchester City first team and is under contract with the club until June 2021.
