Spanish prospect Eric Garcia could feature in the Carabao Cup tomorrow night when Manchester City host Burton Albion in the first leg of their semi-final clash.
17-year-old Garcia played the full 90 minutes against Premier League side Leicester in the quarter-finals and has been training with the first-team squad again today at the CFA.
And it appears that he will be in Pep Guardiola’s squad tomorrow having been left out of the youth side to face Rochdale in the Checkatrade Trophy this evening.
Phillipe Sandler, Claudio Gomes and Felix Nmecha are among those who have recently been summoned for first-team duty who are involved tonight, but the impressive Garcia has been left out, so could start or appear on the bench against Burton tomorrow.
