Manchester City have reached an agreement in principle to sign one of AC Milan’s most promising youth players, Raoul Bellanova, according to Italian journalist Davide Russo de Cerame.

The 18-year-old is an Italy under-20 international right-back and considered one of the best talents of his age group in Italy.
According to Russo de Cerame, Bellanova has told Milan that he will not be renewing his contract, which expires in June 2019, and is heading to the English champions.
It is claimed that City have an agreement in principle to sign Bellanova, and a deal could be made official in February.
Famed AC Milan news outlet MilanNews.it also reports that City are interested in the teenager, but their information is less final, with Tottenham and a host of Italian clubs, including Juventus and Sampdoria, also linked. Both sources agree that Bellanova could be on his way out of the San Siro, after failing to agree a new contract.
City’s current first-choice right-back is Kyle Walker, 28, with the main rotation option Danilo, 27, often injured of late leaving City with a lack of cover in the position. John Stones recently had to play at right-back against Hoffenheim, struggling in the role which led to Walker replacing him at half-time. If Bellanova is signed, then Guardiola will have a new young option for the position.
