Manchester City are among a host of prominent European clubs tracking highly-rated Galatasaray defender Ozan Kabak, Italian newspaper Tuttosport reports.
The 18-year-old is already making first team appearances for the Istanbul giants and his performance have alerted scouts, with representatives from City joined by scouts from Inter, Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and Roma.
Galatasaray rate the young centre-back at €20 million (£17.8 million) but there are rumours of a contract loophole that could drop the fee to €7.5 million (£6.7 million).
Kabak has already rejected offers from French and German second-tier sides, while Inter are pushing for a January deal and would then loan him to a Serie A club for experience.
If City were to make a successful offer for Kabak, their strategy would undoubtedly be similar with a loan move to a foreign club, potentially Girona or NAC Breda.
