Manchester City are set to add another top prospect to the blossoming City Football Academy by securing a deal for one of Norway’s most promising youngsters.
According to Norwegian source VG, City have agreed to sign 15-year-old Oscar Bobb, who plays for the youth team of Vålerenga Fotball, a top-flight club in Norway.
Bobb is described as a ‘super-talent’ and famed Portuguese talent-spotters FC Porto previously tried to sign him, but FIFA stepped in and denied the transfer under mysterious circumstances.
Once he turns 16, Oscar will be able to move anywhere within EU borders, and it is reported that he will enter the CFA where so many top prospects are being trained these days.
