In case you missed it, the annual Isco to Manchester City rumours resurfaced last week, amid talk that the 26-year-old could be leaving Real Madrid at the end of the season.
New boss Santiago Solari has rarely used Isco since taking the hot-seat, with some claims that the Spain international is overweight – and naturally that has led to speculation that he could be on his way in the summer.
City are one of the clubs linked, and fuel has been added to that fire in the past day with Eduardo Inda, director of OKDIARIO, claiming that Manchester City and Chelsea have both made offers to Isco for a summer move.

Inda says that the Premier League champions and Maurizio Sarri’s Chelsea are willing to make big economic offers to add Isco to their already talented squads.
While Chelsea could probably find a spot for him, it’s hard to see why City need their former target at this point with David Silva, Kevin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva, Ilkay Gundogan and Phil Foden all capable of playing his role. A case could be made for him replacing David Silva soon, but El Mago has been in stunning form and doesn’t look ready to call time on his Etihad stay yet.
Is City’s name being used because of former links or does Pep Guardiola really want to add Isco to his talent-rich squad?
