He’s been reasonably prolific in front of goal for Manchester City and now Leroy Sané has found the net for his country.
City’s flying 22-year-old winger opened the scoring in the 8th minute on Thursday night in Germany’s 3-0 win over Russia in Leipzig.
It wasn’t one of the most difficult goals Leroy will bag in a long career ahead, as Serge Gnabry squared the ball for him to score easily past Russia goalkeeper Andrey Lunev.
Sané played 78 minutes before Bayern Munich’s Leon Goretzka replaced him, with Leroy embracing coach Jogi Low as he left the pitch.
