Kevin De Bruyne is responding well to treatment on his latest knee injury and could only miss two more Manchester City fixtures before returning, the Daily Mail reports.
The Belgian maestro was ruled out for 5 to 6 weeks on November 2 with ligament damage, but is known to be a fast healer and could be back as soon as the Bournemouth game at the Etihad on the first day of December.
Bournemouth is one of two fixtures Kevin has his eyes on as a potential return date, the other being City’s trip to Watford on December 4.
According to the Mail, KDB is ‘desperate’ to be back and fully available for City’s huge game against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on December 8 – a fixture he was the difference maker in last season when Pep Guardiola’s men came out 1-0 winners.
Sergio Aguero’s hamstring will also be monitored over the international break – which he was not called up for by Argentina – after he had strapping on it leaving the Etihad following Sunday’s win over Manchester United.
