Manchester City vs. Shakhtar Donetsk (Champions League): Starting Lineups & TV Information

Manchester City can all but secure passage to the Champions League round of 16 if they beat Shakhtar Donetsk at the Etihad Stadium tonight.

City are in terrific form leading into the game, having not lost in any competition since the shock defeat to Lyon in the opening matchweek of Champions League games.

They took apart Shakhtar in the Ukraine recently and will hope for a similar result in Manchester, although the Ukrainian giants have seen their injury crisis ease and welcome back some key names to their squad.

Viktor Kassai of Hungary is tonight’s referee and here are the starting lineups selected by Pep Guardiola and his counterpart Paulo Fonseca:

Manchester City XI: Ederson, Walker, Stones, Laporte, Zinchenko, Fernandinho, Silva, Mahrez, Bernardo, Sterling, Jesus

Shakhtar Donetsk XI: Pyatov, Bolbat, Kryvtsov, Rakitskiy, Ismaily, Stepanenko, Matviyenko, Kovalenko, Maycon, Taison, Junior Moraes

The match can be viewed on BT Sport 3 in the UK. A full list of TV coverage across the world can be found here.
