Manchester City sensation Phil Foden remains in contention for the prestigious Golden Boy award after the latest cull of 20 names.
18-year-old Foden was voted into the next stage, which features just 20 names, with Manu Garcia not surviving the latest set of cuts and Brahim Diaz and Lukas Nmecha eliminated in previous culls.
The initial list of 100 is progressively cut by 20 each month until the final 20 emerge, with some big names such as Kylian Mbappé, Justin Kluivert and Matthijs de Ligt also in the voting.
Foden needs little introduction at this point, the 18-year-old having broken into the Man City first-team fold and recently scoring his first goal against Oxford United in the Carabao Cup.
Past winners of the award include Lionel Messi, Wayne Rooney, Isco, Paul Pogba, Raheem Sterling and the most recent, Kylian Mbappé.
