It is seven years ago today since the balance of power in Manchester truly began to shift as Roberto Mancini’s side headed to Old Trafford and destroyed Sir Alex Ferguson’s Manchester United in a legendary season that culminated with the ‘Aguerooooo’ moment.
One player who hasn’t forgotten the so-called ‘Demolition Derby’ is Mario Balotelli who trolled Manchester United on Instagram, telling them to never forget the day they were ‘not just beaten… humiliated’ by the noisy neighbours.
Mario slotted the ball past David De Gea that way then revealed his ‘Why Always Me?’ t-shirt in an iconic City and Premier League moment.
