Pictured: Aussie wonderkid flies to Manchester ahead of Man City move and loan to Celtic

Manchester City have reportedly fended off a host of clubs to sign Australian sensation Daniel Arzani from sister club Melbourne City, with the player expected to join Celtic on loan after signing.

And the 19-year-old winger could be on the verge of finalising his move to the Premier League champions after his brother Ben posted an image of the family leaving Australia on a business class flight to Europe.

Arzani is expected to join City for a modest fee of around £280,000 before heading to Celtic on loan, potentially for two seasons. Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers has admitted the young Socceroo is a player of interest for the Scottish champions, and he could follow in the footsteps of Patrick Roberts by heading up north on loan.

Much is expected of Iran-born Arzani, who appeared three times as a substitute for Australia at the World Cup, and is considered one of the country’s best talents since former Leeds and Liverpool star Harry Kewell.
