Leeds United have secured the signing of England under-21 winger Jack Harrison from Manchester City on a season-long loan deal.

It will be Harrison’s second loan spell in the Championship since Man City signed him from sister club New York City FC in January, after he spent time at Tony Pulis’ Middlesbrough last season.
The deal was set up after new Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa spoke to Pep Guardiola and the two agreed that a season at Elland Road under the famed Argentine coach would be good for Harrison’s development.
Harrison was a lively performer on City’s pre-season tour of the United States but was never going to play a part this season with the Blues boasting some of the best wingers in the country, namely Leroy Sané, Raheem Sterling, Bernardo Silva and club-record signing Riyad Mahrez.
