Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has been named among an all-star cast of players nominated for FIFA’s The Best FIFA Men’s Player 2018 award.
The 27-year-old followed up on an excellent double-winning season for City, in which he registered an incredible 16 assists in the Premier League, by starring for Belgium at the World Cup.
And he has made a list of ten players, alongside the likes of Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Antoine Griezmann, Kylian Mbappé and Eden Hazard, to be nominated for the FIFA award which recognises the best player for the period of 3 July 2017 to 15 July 2018.
