USA international Mix Diskerud says he is wanted by four clubs, amid speculation that South Korean side Ulsan Hyundai want to sign the 27-year-old, currently on loan at Sweden’s IFK Göteborg.
City Watch has learned that Ulsan are willing to offer Mix a three-year deal and pay Manchester City a fee of £675,000 for a player the Blues signed on a free transfer in January.
However, according to the man himself, his next move is likely to be a loan deal, with no shortage of interest.
“There are three clubs interested in me – in addition to IFK,” Diskerud told GP.
“It’s going to be a loan, I think. It’ll be a loan I think. It’s up to Manchester City and Umbro where I go next.”
The American has been impressing on loan at IFK with 4 goals in 16 appearances across all competitions. The Norway-born midfielder previously played for City’s sister club New York City FC as well as Rosenborg.
