The 20-year-old, who spent last season on loan at NAC Breda in the Netherlands, had been expected to join Alain Casanova’s side amid rumours that Toulouse are set to formally enter the City Football Group, and the deal has now been confirmed.
Manu will wear the number 22 shirt and this will be the fourth country he has played football in despite his tender age.
The Spaniard also said farewell to NAC Breda fans after one-and-a-half years on loan at the club, during which he helped them gain promotion to the Dutch top flight.
The time has come. Time to move on for me, time to continue developing to a better player and person. Its time to say goodbye. Time to thank you all for every magical night that we spent together. Time to wish you all, a succesfull year and years coming full of Avondje Nac. Thanks to every single person that i worked with during this year and a half. Full of up and downs but i take a lot of friends and great experiences with me. Thanks to you, the fans. I got there from having a difficult time, you gave me all your love and made me feel again a football player. It was a pleasure been there for you. Always in my heart. We’ll see each other one day, for sure. Ik hou van jullie NAC. Ik hou van jullie Breda. #HUPNAC #SIEMPRENAC 🖤💛✨
