From Naples: Man City and Napoli bosses agree £46.4m Jorginho deal, chief heading to Rome…

Manchester City sporting director Txiki Begiristain has agreed a deal with his Napoli counterpart Cristiano Giuntoli for Jorginho, Claudio Russo of CalcioNapoli24 claims.

According to Russo, the two chiefs have reached an agreement in recent hours and Giuntoli will today travel to the offices of Filmauro – Aurelio De Laurentiis’ film company – in Rome to submit the agreement to the Napoli president.

De Laurentiis will carefully review the details of the agreement and unless of any issues will then give his consent for Jorginho to join Manchester City.

The fee is expected to be €53million (£46.4million) including bonuses.
