Manchester City and Napoli have agreed a base fee of €47-48million for Jorginho, according to Claudio Russo of CalcioNapoli24.
Just one obstacle now stands between the midfielder and Manchester City now, and that is bonuses in the deal.

Napoli are asking for easily attainable bonuses, perhaps based on the 26-year-old making so many appearances. City, meanwhile, are not so keen to do that, and their idea of a bonus may be more like Jorginho winning the Premier League.
These issues shouldn’t thwart the deal for too long, and Russo reports that talks will continue today over the telephone.
There is now said to be ‘absolute optimism’ that this complex deal can be finalised and announced within the next seven days – which we’ve heard before, but with even Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis sounding optimistic, the wait may be worth it in the end.
