Manchester City’s 2018/19 home kit has finally appeared online ahead of its release, with the team at Footy Headlines getting their hands on some exclusive snaps.
It is a design very similar to that of 2016/17 as expected based on leaked information about the shirt.
Footy Headline describes it as “‘Field Blue’ with ‘Midnight Navy’. A clean design, the Nike Man City 2018-2019 kit is all sky blue with a navy zig-zag print on the sleeves and a buttoned collar like the one found on the new France World Cup shirt.
“A ‘#ManCity’ print appears on the inside neck of the new home kit, while ‘City’ is written inside the dark blue neck tape on the outside.
“While the Etihad Airways tag on the front of the Manchester City 18-19 home kit is navy, as is the Swoosh on the right chest, the Nexen Tires sleeve sponsor logo is white in order to avoid a clash with the dark blue sleeve pattern.
“White shorts, with navy brandings, are used for the Manchester City 18-19 kit. Finally, the socks of the Manchester City 2018-19 home uniform are navy, with sky blue trim.”
