The Champions of England, Manchester City, will play their final home game of the season on Wednesday in a rearranged fixture against Brighton.
Ahead of the match, the big news is that it will serve as a send-off to club legend Yaya Touré, who is expected to receive a Pablo Zabaleta style tribute after the game.
And we now know who will be in charge of City’s Etihad finale for the season, with Paul Tierney being appointed referee.
City have a 100% record under Tierney this season with home wins over Southampton and Newcastle, plus the 3-1 win over Everton at Goodison Park at the end of March coming on his watch.
Tierney has had the whistle for two Huddersfield games, a 2-0 defeat to Swansea back in October and 0-0 draw with Burnley on December 30.
