Manchester City are ready to take on Manchester United in what could be one of the most memorable Manchester derbies in recent memory – or an anti-climax of sort if the Blues fail to win, delaying their inevitable coronation as Premier League champions.
As Pep Guardiola pointed out in his pre-match press conference earlier, City are feeling the fatigue after a grueling night at Anfield on Wednesday.
Manchester United, meanwhile, are fully rested, and Pep called on the Manchester City faithful to create an atmosphere that will fuel a City side that could get leggy as the game goes on.
To get the atmosphere going, a mosaic covering much of the 55,000-seat Etihad Stadium has been set up, and Twitter user Sam Kenney has posted some images of what it will look like.

East Stand levels 3 and 1 will have “WE ARE” and “CITY” respectively, while other parts of the stadium will have white and blue flags to add overall colour.
It promises to be a grand occasion, so be sure to get to your seats early tomorrow and help build an atmosphere for this momentous Manchester derby!
