After rumours from English tabloids in recent days that he is back on the agenda, the forever-linked Isco is a serious target again for Manchester City, Spanish journalist Jorge Calabrés told El Chiringuito TV on Wednesday night.

According to the journalist, Pep Guardiola has promised the Real Madrid and Spain star that not only would he play all the time, but will also be a leader in the side, something Real Madrid cannot guarantee him.
To make things more enticing for 25-year-old Isco, City would double his current salary and make him one of their best-paid players.
Though it has a reputation for being gossipy, it was on El Chiringuito TV that news of Aymeric Laporte’s move to Manchester City first broke.
Different journalists appear on the platform to give their information, and their reliability varies, but the reputable Jose Alvarez Haya has backed up Calabres, calling him a ‘really good source’.
Isco has talked with Guardiola and the coach promise him that will be a key player on the team. He will earn double salary than now too. Info of my workmate @JorgeCalabres in my program @elchiringuitotv . Really good source. https://t.co/JdjPXIDHnp
