Manchester City will look to tie down winger Raheem Sterling to a new long-term by opening talks with the 23-year-old in April, Dean Jones of Bleacher Report claims.
Hearing that Man City will look to begin talks with Raheem Sterling next month on a new improved contract. Makes sense, they need to get him locked in 🔥

There have been stories of Raheem getting a new deal for a while now, but with few updates as others, including Fernandinho, David Silva, Nicolas Otamendi and Kevin De Bruyne, put pen to paper.
It appears that Sterling could extend his contract until 2023 before the World Cup if talks go smoothly, after a fine season for the England international. He has found the net 20 times in 37 appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side this campaign, by far his best season to date.
Sterling’s improvement has also translated to the international scene and he was England’s standout performance against Italy on Tuesday night at Wembley.
