Sergio Aguero has once again made it clear that he plans to return home to Argentina with his boyhood club Independiente when his Manchester City contract expires in 2020.
In an interview with FOX Sports in South America, Aguero made it very clear what he plans to do.
“When my contract with Manchester City ends (in 2020), I will return to Argentina, to Independiente,” the iconic striker said.
This means that City fans should expect two more seasons of Kun Aguero after this one, unless of any changes in the situation, and he will be turning 32-years-old when he goes through with his plan of joining Independiente.
Aguero joined Independiente as a child in 1997 and on 5 July 2003, he became the youngest player to debut in the Argentine Primera División at 15 years and 35 days, breaking the record previously established by Diego Maradona in 1976.
