Manchester City are one of three clubs with a keen interest in highly-rated Angers left-back Ryan Ait Nouri, a 16-year-old French youth international.
According to local newspaper Courrier de l’Ouest which covers the Ligue 1 side, City, AS Monaco and Atletico Madrid are all thinking of signing Nouri, who signed his first professional contract on February 14.
Liverpool previously tried to acquire him from Angers but with no success, and he is now training with Stéphane Moulin’s first team squad, despite his tender age.
And without naming any specific clubs, Courrier de l’Ouest claims that offers of €10million (£8.7million) have already arrived, huge numbers for a player who is only 16 years of age.
Manchester City are constantly scouring the globe for the best young talent to add to the flourishing City Football Academy and may soon be willing to splash out a considerable fee for Ryan Ait Nouri, one of French football’s rising stars.
