Sergio Aguero will miss two weeks of action after picking up a knee injury in training, Spanish journalist Jose Alvarez Haya reports.
The 29-year-old isn’t seriously injured and nothing is broken, but will play no part in Monday night’s trip to Stoke City, meaning a start for Gabriel Jesus is likely.
Agüero had a problem in his knee while he was training yesterday. He was tested after that and nothing is broken. He didn't train today and he is out for tomorrow and for around a couple of weeks.

Aguero has also confirmed the news.
During yesterday's training I had a discomfort on my left knee. The club's doctors told me I'll be back with the team in approximately two weeks. Now it's time for a full recovery!

The good news is that City do not have another match until 31 March after tomorrow’s game, so Aguero will only miss one game if the diagnosis is correct.
The bad news is more for Argentina, with Sergio set to miss their upcoming internationals, including a prestige friendly against Italy at the Etihad Stadium on 23 March.
