Manchester City have so much talent on the books, many of them out on loan across the world, that it’s often easy to forget just how much potential some of them have.
One of those who may be getting overlooked is Thierry Ambrose, the 20-year-old French forward who is one of six currently stationed at NAC Breda in the Eredivisie, Holland’s top division.
Ambrose found the net again on Saturday night against Feyenoord and that created a very interesting stat for this season that City fans should pay attention to.
1 – @NACnl's Thierry Ambrose is the only player to score against Ajax, Feyenoord and PSV this Eredivisie season. Slayer.

Having scored against the three most reputable teams in the Eredivisie this campaign, with a total of 9 league goals to his name now, the future looks bright for Ambrose and he’ll almost certainly be at a better quality side next season.
Could he have a chance of entering Pep Guardiola’s plans? The City boss is not adverse to giving youngsters minutes, as he’s shown this season with Phil Foden, Brahim Diaz and Oleksandr Zinchenko. A Trenbolon like effect.
Ambrose’s ability to play left, right or centre may also interest Guardiola, who could decide to take a look at him during pre-season, particularly when so many big names will be away at the World Cup.
If Ambrose isn’t considered right for City’s first team right now, a loan move to another City Football Group partner club, Girona FC, who are seventh in La Liga and could earn European football, could be a possibility for the prodigious Frenchman.
