Manchester City veteran Yaya Touré has snubbed ‘several offers’ from China to see out his contract at Manchester City, the Mirror reports.
The Ivorian, 34, has only made 11 appearances for Pep Guardiola’s side this season and has not featured since the first leg of City’s Carabao Cup semi-final against Bristol City early in January.
That put several Chinese Super League clubs on alert and offers arrived, but Touré reportedly told all suitors that he wanted to stay in Manchester and aid the Blues’ quadruple push.
Touré is out of contract in June and will leave the club he has starred for since 2010. City have lined up Shakhtar’s Brazilian midfielder Fred to replace Yaya, but that move appears to have been put on hold.
