The 20-year-old has just completed an uneventful half-season loan spell with Rangers in Scotland and will hope to see more game time in the Netherlands.
Speaking to the official Go Ahead Eagles site, Nemane said: “I spoke with Sinan Bytyqi, scout and coach at Manchester City. He has very good memories of the time he had here.
“(What can fans expect?) I’ll give everything – I’m fast and have depth to my game. I like to make things happen.”
Bytyqi, who was forced to retire from football following a heart problem and has taken up a new role at City, will say his goodbyes to Go Ahead Eagles fans at a home game this season when his schedule allows it.
