The City boss had a better record than any of the other nominees in December with 6 wins and 1 draw and stands a good chance of winning the award again, but faces competition from the likes of Antonio Conte and Jurgen Klopp.

With injuries to John Stones and Vincent Kompany, ‘El General’ kept things stable at the back, while also scoring in the Manchester derby and against West Ham.
