Premier League duo Manchester City and Arsenal are monitoring the situation of highly-rated Hertha BSC winger Dennis Jastrzembski, Transfermarkt reports.
Jastrzembski is a Germany under-17 international and also plays for Hertha’s under-19 side, with the Bundesliga club having high hopes for him.
The Rendsburg native has been one of the most impressive performers in his age group, and that has alerted international scouts.
The 17-year-old’s youth contract expires at the end of the season and he is eligible for a professional contract in February when he turns 18.
And according to Transfermarkt information, both Man City and Arsenal are very attentive to his situation and given encouragement could look to add him to their swelling youth ranks.

In an interview with Sportbuzzer a year ago, Jastrzembski said, “I hope I can play in the Bundesliga and make my Hertha debut as soon as possible.”
It’s thought that Hertha could hand him a professional debut in the second half of the season, and would hope fast-tracking him would convince him to remain at the Olympiastadion Berlin.
One thing that could benefit Arsenal is that Jastrzembski is a Gunner and may be excited at the chance to play for the team he supports.
