David Silva is back in training after an extended absence for undisclosed personal reasons, that saw him miss the Tottenham and Leicester games.
The 31-year-old was missing with what was described as “serious family business” and was known to be in Valencia, where he played his club football before moving to Manchester in 2010.
He has now put himself in contention to face Bournemouth tomorrow by returning to training, with the official Facebook account posting images of him.
The Spain international has been in excellent form this season, scoring 5 goals and contributing 8 assists in the Premier League alone.
Vincent Kompany and John Stones were also pictured in training today, with the two set to return from injury lay-offs soon.
