Napoli have renewed their interest in Manchester City midfielder turned left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko after dropping plans to sign him late in the summer transfer window.
According to an exclusive report by TMW in Italy, Napoli could make contact with City within the coming hours to try and determine the 21-year-old’s availability.

Zinchenko was thought to be open to a move in the summer and has seen limited game time this season under Pep Guardiola, appearing just twice.
The Ukraine international played the full 120 minutes against Wolves in the Carabao Cup in October but had to wait almost two months before getting on the pitch again, appearing for the last 17 minutes against Swansea last Wednesday.
Having been handed a Premier League debut and after being talked up by Guardiola, Zinchenko may fancy his chances of more game time – especially if City do not buy a specialist left-back in January.
If Zinchenko feels his game time is going to remain limited though, a January move to Napoli could appeal, with Maurizio Sarri likely to continue the youngster’s development in Italy.
