City have reportedly struck an agreement to sign another highly-rated youngster from South America in the form of Paraguay’s Jesús Medina, who could head to NYCFC.
Manchester City have reached an agreement to sign Paraguay attacking midfielder Jesús Medina (20) from Libertad for $4million and will acquire 80% of his rights.
