Manchester City are set to reward top goal scorer Raheem Sterling by offering him a new contract, Sky Sports News reports.

The 22-year-old has been in sensational form this season, scoring 13 goals in 19 appearances, including four late winners. No player in the Premier League has earned his team more points to date this season.

Sterling is currently half way through a five-year deal, with his contract due to expire in June 2020, and City now hope to extend that and lock down Raheem for the prime years of his career.
