After a grueling 120 minutes in midweek, which saw Manchester City edge past Wolves into the Carabao Cup fifth round, their attention returns to the Premier League today.
With Manchester United and Tottenham currently facing each other, the Blues have a chance to put some space between themselves and at least one of the two sides locked on points in second with a win over West Brom today.
Tony Pulis’ side are known to put up resistance and have taken some big scalps, but you have to go back to September 2010 for the last time West Brom won a game against City. City have won their last twelve fixtures against the Baggies and will hope to make that thirteen this afternoon.
Mike Jones is today’s referee and here are the starting lineups selected by Pep and Pulis:
West Brom XI: Foster, McAuley, Hegazi, Evans, Nyom, Livermore, Krychowiak, Barry, Gibbs, Rodriguez, Rondón
Manchester City XI: Ederson, Walker, Stones, Otamendi, Delph, Fernandinho, Silva, De Bruyne, Bernardo, Sané, Gabriel Jesus
