Manchester City vs. Wolves (Carabao Cup): Starting Lineups & TV Information

Manchester City look to extend an incredible unbeaten run that stretches back to April in all competitions, while rotating a side that has seen very few changes lately, such is the form it has been in.

Today the Etihad welcomes Championship leaders Wolves, who with financial investment and the talented leadership of Nuno Espírito Santo, look a good bet to return to the Premier League this season. And like City, they are in great form, having lost only one of their last eleven games, with victories on their last three fixtures.

It’s a fine balancing act for Guardiola tonight, having admitted the Carabao Cup is the least of City’s priorities, but a trophy is a trophy and a win would send the Blues into the quarter-final round.

Kevin Friend is tonight’s referee and here are the sides selected by Pep and Espírito Santo.

Manchester City XI: Bravo, Danilo, Mangala, Adarabioyo, Zinchenko, Bernardo, Toure, Sterling, Gündoğan, Agüero (c), Jesus

Wolves XI: Norris, Batth, Coady, Hause, Bennett, Vinagre, N’Diaye, Price, Mashall, Costa, Enobakhare

Today’s match is NOT on TV in the UK but radio commentary is scheduled on BBC Radio Manchester. A full list of TV coverage from around the world can be found here.
