France under-17 international Lenny Pintor has only just signed his first professional contract with Stade Brestois, but is already attracting interest locally and from the Premier League.
The 17-year-old striker is tipped to go far in the game and recently represented France at the U-17 World Cup in India before they were eliminated by Spain. His performances caught the eyes of several notable European clubs though, one of them Manchester City.
According to RMC Sport, City, Arsenal and Chelsea are the three Premier League sides who are interested in the fast and technical striker, while Olympique Marseille and Nice would also like to snatch Pintor from Ligue 2 side Brestois.
Pintor is considered to have a very similar profile to French sensation Ousmane Dembélé, who moved from Borussia Dortmund to Barcelona in a deal worth up to £135.5million in the summer.
City had eyes on Dembélé when he played for Rennes and reportedly made a £1.3million bid for him back then before he eventually moved to Germany.
If Pintor is in a similar talent bracket to Dembélé, then City will want to avoid missing out on another French super-talent, but face intense competition to sign him up if he decides to leave Brestois.
