De Bruyne also won the City Watch Player of the Month award for September, receiving receiving 63% of the 13,878 votes.
The Belgian playmaker has been in scintillating form, winning praise from Pep Guardiola and even Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, who called him “the complete player”.
