There’s been a major injury boost for Manchester City after the club confirmed that striker Sergio Aguero had returned to training following a car accident in Amsterdam.
The Argentinian sustained a rib injury after being involved in a collision on the way back to the airport just days before City’s trip to Stamford Bridge and it was feared he could have been sidelined for 2 months.
However, there’s no stopping him! Manchester City today confirmed on their official website that he had returned and could be back in action against Stoke City at the weekend.
The session was only a light session with the club physio and he is set to return to first-team action fairly soon.
