The Manchester City playmaker has been outstanding of late and during the Pep Guardiola era has grown as a player and person, now seen as one of the leaders in the City dressing room.
The City Watch Player of the Month for September, De Bruyne has been in scintillating form, winning praise from Pep Guardiola and even Chelsea boss Antonio Conte, who called him “the complete player”.
KDB scored two goals and notched up four assists in September, but his contributions go far beyond his productive stats nowadays, with the 26-year-old completing more tackles and passing better than at any other point in his career.
