Pep Guardiola is in the running for his second Barclays Manager of the Month after being named on a four-man shortlist for the September award.
The Manchester City manager, who won four out of four Premier League matches in September with victories over Liverpool, Watford, Crystal Palace, and Chelsea, is joined by Jose Mourinho (Manchester United), Arsene Wenger (Arsenal) and Mauricio Pochettino (Tottenham) on the shortlist.
Of the four, only Guardiola enjoyed a 100 per cent record in September, and given that two of the wins came over Liverpool and Chelsea, he is surely favourite to win the award. City scored 17 goals in September and conceded 0 in the league.
Pep was previously named Barclays Manager of the Month in February 2017.
