Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has today been spotted back in Munich, where he enjoyed lunch with Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeneß.
The two met Schwabing, which is in the northern part of Munich, and dined at the Osteria Italiana, as reported by Sky Deutschland journalist Chris Lymberopoulos.

There is no need for Man City fans to panic however, with Pep tied down to a long-term deal at the Etihad Stadium and very happy with his life in Manchester.
Rather, as has been rumoured in recent days, it is quite likely that the Catalan coach was there to advise Hoeneß on who should be the next Bayern Munich boss.
Carlo Ancelotti recently left his post as Bayern manager following a string of disappointing results and there have been stories in Germany that Guardiola has pitched Thomas Tuchel, the former Borussia Dortmund trainer, to be the next man in charge at the Allianz Arena.
Guardiola forged some good relations during his three years in Munich and it seems that club chiefs still call on his counsel, such was the impression he left at the Bundesliga club.
