Date and time confirmed for Manchester City’s Carabao Cup game with Wolves

Manchester City will host Wolves in the Carabao Cup fourth round and the club have tonight confirmed the details.

The Etihad will see a late kick-off with the game scheduled for Tuesday 24 October at 8pm. Ticket details are yet to be confirmed.

It’s an extremely rare non-Premier League opponent in a domestic trophy for City, with the Blues set to host Nuno Espírito Santo’s big-spending Wolves, who currently sit second in the EFL Championship.

It will be the first time the two sides have met since 22 April 2012, when goals by Sergio Agüero and Samir Nasri gave City a 2-0 win at Molineux and in the process relegated Wolves to the second tier.
