Borussia Dortmund have added a second of Manchester City’s highly-rated young attackers to their ranks, after the high profile capture of 17-year-old Jadon Sancho in a deal worth up to £10million.
20-year-old England youth international, Denzeil Boadu, who joined City from Arsenal in 2013, has also made the move to the Westfalenstadion, with BVB’s official site posting a profile of the player.
Boadu, who has been unlucky with injuries in recent years, had disappeared from team sheets recently at City, raising some speculation about his status at the club.
And now he has taken the big step, like Sancho, of moving to Germany where he has been placed in Dortmund’s under-23 side. He has been given the number 30 shirt and officially joined the Bundesliga side on 30 August.
