Galatasaray have agreed a €5.25million (£4.7million) fee with Manchester City for midfielder Fernando, Turkish journalist Nevzat Dindar of Milliyet reports this evening.

The two clubs have reportedly been in talks recently after the 30-year-old Brazilian, who was left off Man City’s US tour to try and sort out a move away, and recently agreed personal terms with the Turkish giants.
If tonight’s information is true then the last remaining obstacle, an agreement between the two clubs, has been overcome and the former FC Porto midfielder is heading to Istanbul.
Valencia have also been credited with an interest in ‘The Octopus’, with Cadena SER reporting last night that he is on a list of three midfielders coach Marcelino is keen on, alongside Grzegorz Krychowiak of PSG and Inter’s Geoffrey Kondogbia.
