Ederson Moraes will today become a Manchester City player, signing a five-year contract in a deal worth around €40 million (£34.65 million). The Benfica goalkeeper’s imminent move to City is front page news in Portugal, with A Bola covering it extensively.
The 23-year-old Brazilian arrived in Manchester yesterday and despite no photographic evidence of him being here, he enjoyed dinner with sporting director Txiki Begiristain at the Fazenda Manchester last night, according to Duncan Castles, a journalist well informed on Jorge Mendes clients.
