Torino chairman, Urbano Cairo, has criticised Joe Hart after the on-loan Manchester City star made another mistake leading to a goal in the Granata’s 1-1 draw with Crotone at the weekend.
England’s number one, who turns 30 this week, flapped at a high ball and Crotone substitute Simeon Nwankwo was able to guide the ball into a vacated net. Hart has made similar errors this season, more than all but one Serie A goalkeeper in fact.

This has led to criticism from the club chairman, who believes Hart has become distracted by speculation about his future.
“Too much is being said about Hart,” Cairo told Tuttosport after 9th placed Torino drew with relegation-threatened Crotone.
“Since this has been happening, his performance levels have dropped. This is already the third time we concede a goal this way and that’s a bit too much.
“It happens and I like him, but come on. He’s a great goalkeeper, though, and let’s see how things evolve.”
Despite a series of blunders at the Stadio Olimpico Grande Torino, Hart still has many suitors, with the most recent reports suggesting he could even end up at Chelsea or Manchester United. Torino only want Hart back if City agree to a second loan move, being unable to put together a financial package capable of securing him permanently.
